There is SO much that goes into your wedding day. Because we tailor each proposal towards your unique vision, we like to take the time to get aaaall the details. Use the link on our website to request a 1 hour consultation (virtual or IRL) to get the process started.

P.S. We know you’re busy and wedding planning is A LOT. That’s why we offer the option to substitute the traditional consult with an email exchange. Same quote/proposal - different means of exchanging info :) You’ll see this as an option when you request a consultation.

After our first consultation you’ll receive your custom design plan with a multi-page vision board, itemized quotes, and a full pricing estimate. If you book our services, you’ll receive access to our working proposal where you can comment your feedback & tweaks. About 45 days out from your wedding, all details will be finalized to your liking at your last consultation and you’ll receive your last proposal before your final payment is due and we pre-order your blooms.

The week of your wedding we’ll lovingly dote over your gorgeous blooms so they’re at their prime for your big day. We’ll also use this time to confirm quantities + schedule once more. Each arrangement will be carefully (perhaps a bit obsessively) crafted to perfection. No one likes surprises so you’ll get the sneak peak of all your planning come to life once your bouquet is finished.

It’s your wedding day!!! Our team will load up the blooms and arrive bright and early to delivery your bouquets, place the centerpieces, and build your installations. We won’t leave until everything is exactly as you envisioned.
